No Stereotype For Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy seems to be at cloud nine these days. With all the new and strong projects in the pipeline, the star is soaring high in the sky of success. She is seen happy and chirping in the Bollywood limelight with certain small but strong roles.

The Gold actress has made her strong foot on the grounds of Bollywood. Starting from the TV Industry, gradually her talent was appreciated by some biggies of Bollywood. Playing her maiden innings with Akshay Kumar, moving on to Raj Kumar Rao, the 34-year-old actress is all set to share the screen space with Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra which is all set to release by the end of this year.

Being the Naagin of TV Industry, she has never been cast for similar roles even in the TV Industry, be it her role in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev or Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi she is noted for playing different characters all through her career. It could be because of her niche in selecting the roles that made her enter into commercial but experimental cinema.

The actress is seen gushing over the fact that she has entered the mainstream cinema at a time when she is free from all the stereotypes and is allowed to experiment through her roles.
