The second competency is where I spend my time…assessing enterprise level workforce strategies…how or if contingent labor fits into them, where alignment between procurement initiatives can be better aligned with HR initiatives to service the operational needs of the customer. We bring resources to bear in determining where available labor pools exist to ensure that the strategy being implemented is sound and can be executed. We assess the technology used to track efforts and help people move past the basics of compliance level BI and into areas that address workforce analytics as well as the flexibility and agility to respond to unique market conditions in local markets. This is where I can bring the resources together of a company who founded the temporary staffing industry 60 years ago and has been addressing workforce strategy with it’s customers ever since.
